The Home Ownership Guarantee Foundation (SWEW) is responsible for the policy and implementation of the National Mortgage Guarantee (NHG).
Challenge
There was a need to automatically process the large number of registrations, guarantees, backlogs, foreclosures and losses (more than 120,000 forms per year). Process integration and STP were essential in this. The SWEW set high requirements for the automation with respect to safety, access authorisation, availability, connectivity, user numbers and the transferability of the application maintenance.
Realised system
With the aid of Aquima, the web-based mid and back-office system RADAR was developed. This system is used to register and manage guarantees and process foreclosure losses. The system has been set up in such a way that a completely electronic information exchange with lenders can take place. The system consists of various parts that support the steps in the work process entirely.
Results achieved
- Efficient process support: in the last few years, SWEW has been able to process the considerable increase in registrations with just a limited increase in the number of employees.
- Increased transferability: a change in processes and policy can be entered quickly.
